         <title> Overweight is the first direct result of following an unhealthy diet which is the most common problem in Kuwait. To solve this problem, there are some possible solutions. In our opinion, we think that creating an Instagram account could help in solving that problem for two reasons. First it is a very popular application. Second, there is a great number of people who follow this app.       In fact, there should be an action plan for the solution of this problem. This plan consists of five steps. The first one is to host dieticians and ask them about the best pieces of advice they can give to help people make their diet healthy. The second step is to encourage people to get rid of sedentary lifestyle and replace it with an active one. Thirdly, this account will ask some trainers to give some sessions for exercising to encourage people to practice sport and exercise regularly. The fourth step is to help people to have a regular checkup every six month or every year at least. Finally, people should be urged to check their weight every month to see if they are doing well or not. To sum up, we should be aware of the type of diet we follow. Live an active life and have a regular checkup to enjoy our life and live happily.</title>

         <title> The problem we are discussing is an unhealthy diet. An unhealthy diet fails to supply your body with the proper amounts and kinds of nutrients for optimum health. It is a crucial factor as unhealthy diets are linked to four of the world’s top ten leading risk factors causing death including high blood pressure, high blood sugar, overweight, obesity and high cholesterol. It is important to think about and discuss this problem because Kuwait has become the fourth country that its people suffer from obesity, with a median BMI of 30 per an updated Food Security Index (FSI). 40.3% population of Kuwait is obese and due to these reasons the expenditure on health services has increased enormously which causes losses to the government. The first cause is excessive amount of sugar as diets high in sugar can result in obesity and health problems related to obesity. Diabetes could be a quite common disease in Kuwait. Sugars provide empty calories that lack nutrition and increase our odds of becoming overweight or obese. The second cause is high fat content consumption because a high-fat diet is related to an increased risk of stroke or heart failure. Eating certain sorts of fats, like saturated fats found in butter, cream and fatty beef, can elevate your blood cholesterol and lead to various severe diseases including damage to heart or brain tissue and the third one is food containing too many calories as too many calories create an unhealthy diet. With 40.30 percent of population of Kuwait is overweight or obese, many folks consume too many calories regularly within the kind of fast foods or junk foods. Overeating ends up in a number of health problems, including heart condition. Hence the conclusion is that people should follow a healthy diet which leads their life to a healthy environment that contains a healthy mind and body so that they can enjoy their lives to the fullest without being any type of burden to themselves or their families</title>

         <title>  There are many negative impacts on the lives of people who follow an unhealthy diet. I will talk about this problem specially in the gulf countries.          Firstly, they might suffer from diseases like diabetes which is common in the Gulf countries. It is a result of sedentary lifestyle which includes lack of exercise and unhealthy diet. Secondly. People who follow an unhealthy diet like eating too much fast food which is full of fats and carbs might suffer from obesity and high blood pressure which lead to heart disease or even death. Thirdly, these problems have very bad impacts on those people&#39;s lives as they don&#39;t feel well. In addition, they don’t enjoy their lives and they don&#39;t feel happy. To sum up, those people pose a burden on the medical services of the country because they need medical care and follow up. This costs the government a lot of money. Despite the loss the country has because those people might be unproductive in their society.  </title>

         <title> Unhealthy diet can lead to many health problems such as diabetes, high blood pressure and heart disease. This problem is very common in Kuwait. A lot of people eat irresponsibly they ignore certain types of healthy foods like vegetable and fruits which are rich in vitamins. If there are some solutions for this problem, it will be great. For example, social media should show people what healthy diet is and how important this diet is. Second, government should replace the traditional fast foods by the healthy fast ones. For example, government can support trade and agriculture laws that make fruit and vegetables available and cheap to buy. Next, we must have balanced diet so that we can have healthy bodies. Our meals should contain vitamins, proteins, fats and carbohydrates. Furthermore, we should support campaigns that limit marketing of foods high in saturated fats, salt, sugar and fizzy drinks, especially to children. Lastly, supporting healthy diets in schools, workplaces and communities.</title>

         <title> A healthy diet is one of the most important things to do. One of my friends doesn’t care at all about healthy diet and lifestyle. Firstly, he is a lazy person and doesn’t exercise and care about his diet and he doesn’t like healthy food and loves to eat food full of fats and fast food from childhood till now. Secondly, he is affected by the advertisements of famous people for restaurants and he insists on trying them all. Thirdly, he doesn’t hesitate to eat even if the food is unhealthy or full of fats. Actually, almost every day he orders food from different restaurants. Also, this unhealthy diet causes obesity and his health will also be affected. It has also caused him diabetes and his mental health was definitely affected. Furthermore, he is still suffering from this problem and inappropriately he did not even try to solve it and did not completely change his unhealthy diet and lifestyle. Finally, human health is all that we possess so all people must maintain it and improve their diet.</title>
