In this orientation, we were introduced to Berjaya Group and Berjaya Tioman Beach Resort. We were also taught how to handle calls from guests from outside and inside the resort. After the orientation was complete we were given name tags and work uniforms. After the distribution was complete we were sent to our respective department and I was assigned to the front office department. In this department I was taught how to serve guests in more depth. At the end of the working hours I was given a shift work schedule.
