The student should have done some background research on the interviewee to ensure there is no language barriers.          <description><![CDATA[<div>The student kept repeating the same sentences in the same language, English. He did not take notice of the non-verbal expressions on the lady's face while and after he spoke. Her face showed confusion and uncertainty and at the end irritability. He should be observant of these cues and try to change the structure or language of the sentences. </div>]]></description>

He appeared annoyed as well and did not bother to try to find alternative ways to communicate with the elderly.</div>]]></description>
