She works to change the perspective of the wider staff population who maybe do not grasp as well that you can’t ’do Bloom’ without first ‘doing Maslow’.

I have also had the privilege of knowing Danielle as a HE student and she is also exceptional as a peer supporter and in bringing higher level, more critical insights to the group. A phenomenal person professionally, academically and personally and definitely one to keep hold of if we are to achieve the goals in the strat plan at Northumberland College

Thank you to Andrew in particular who taught me how to work with the sheep so I could use it in my own teaching. Andrew never made me feel like I was asking stupid questions and taught me in a respectful but friendly and collaborative manner. During lockdown the farm staff were also a huge emotional support to key staff working on campus and continue to open their doors to whoever needs them or just wants to chew the fat.
