I understand that in previous COB conversations, it was suggested that advisors should split up so that not all advisors attend the same sessions. I ask the leads to please reconsider and allow advisors the flexibility to participate in the conference without restrictions, allowing for a natural flow of learning and growth vs limiting how we experience NACADA.  I would like to have the autonomy to attend sessions of my choosing, sessions that I find interesting and beneficial to my professional growth without worrying that too many COB advisors are attending the same session.
 
Example I- If multiple COB advisors would like to attend the same session, it should be encouraged. It is a synergy opportunity for the COB Advising team and not one that should be left in a debrief to experience. 
 
Example II- The Expo Hall will simultaneously be open during the concurrent sessions. If the goal is professional growth, attending the expo and networking is just as important as attending sessions. Micromanaging where we should be every moment of the conference is detrimental to our experience at NACADA.
