         <description><![CDATA[<div>I think these violations occur because student currently have most classroom assignments, essays, homework, projects and presentations that use technology. They might want ideas for these assignments and can use other people's work and ideas as their own to help them out. Also, it can be done as a mistake if they do not cite, give credit to, or mention the individual or website's work that was used as a reference. Mostly everything on the internet is owned and copywrited, so it is important to cite to give respect and recogntion.</div>]]></description>
