There is about 517.000 aboriginal people in Australia and about 152.685 in new south wales. The Aboriginal have lived in Australia in about 50.000 years. Tongue piercings is a part of their holy rituals. Many of the aboriginal people moved from place to place instead of just living one place. The men and woman had different roles, the men were hunters and the women and kids gathered fruits, nuts, and berries. The people celebrated events like birthdays and deaths. It usually took days to make the weapons they used for hunting. Art was also important for them, they painted on cave walls and rocks. They got their clothing from animal fur. They lived different places, some lived in hollow trees and some lived in huts. The aboriginals used Dot painting to share important information. The land they lived on was sacred.
