When I get up, I brush my teeth, take a shower, and get dressed to have a relaxed breakfast.

At 7:00 a.m., I leave home to go study at the university, and I usually take the bus.

I get back home at 1:00 p.m. Before having lunch, I take another shower to relax. Then, I have lunch calmly.

After lunch, I take a nap until 3:00 p.m.

From that time, I start doing my homework and prepare a cup of tea to help me focus.

At 7:30 p.m., I have dinner quietly. An hour later, at 8:30, I do my calisthenics workout.

At 9:15, I take a quick shower, and finally, I go to bed at 10:00 p.m.
