The Mark Entry Spreadsheets (MES) provide crucial information. Use the sorting and filtering tools to identify common strengths and areas for development. This can be used to inform whole class teaching or group/individual therapies and the identification of key marginal pupils ('B1's)

The Question Level Analysis (QLA) generated by PiXL supports the identification of trends within cohorts. This can be used to target specific pupils or groups, or be used as a basis for adaptive teaching approaches

Therapies and interventions provide a variety of resources to inform teaching and learning. These can all be found on the PiXL platform, organised within specific year groups or via the Personalised Learning Checklists (PLCs) and focus on specific learning objectives

Core group meetings can provide valuable intelligence when determining the progress of individuals or small groups and what their next steps might be

The Information for Teaching reports (IfTs) are produced at the end of each summative assessment cycle and can support schools in identifying areas for development and suggested approaches

How is the assessment data from PiXL being used to inform teaching and learning in the classroom? What is the impact of this?

Who are the key marginal children in each class or year group? What does their provision look like?

How forensic is the understanding from class teachers and core subject leads with regards to the strengths and vulnerabilities of the pupils?

How is PiXL data being used to inform pupil progress meetings? Are there clear next steps based on the data?

Who is accessing the information from the MES and QLA? Is this being shared with the right people in the right way? Is anyone being excluded from this information who needs to know?

How confident are teachers and subject leads in narrating the data? Are they able to articulate the trajectory of the outcomes over time and what measures have been put in place to inform this picture?
