I am told that Ares has been more popular than Q for some parents as the former is easier to use and navigate. Perhaps CCGI can provide navigational assistance for parents whose child is enrolled in a more Q reliant district.

High school requirement but students and families need reminders, During Senior Meeting, I think that I can include a sample of clearance slips that they will be issued that will include completion of Fafsa/Cadaa on list of areas that will need to be cleared

Using reports at annual meetings, possibly having students get the report during SST, 504 and IEP meetings. Easier to read then transcript that is also given to them at these meetings
