I need to improve my ability to problem solve. I need to do this to improve my resilience to difficult situations and to become less reliant on others. To do this I will break problems down into steps, and ask for help once I have attempted this myself. By April 2024 I will be able to fix problems using my own initiative with little support.

In Tokyo they celebrate Christmas by eating kfc instead of eating a traditional Christmas dinner

Possitive and negative for sleep

Melatonin supplements and music/background music. Help with getting sleep due to melatonin making you tired and and wanting to sleep instead of staying up. Music helps with sleep due to some people need music or background noise such as rain to be able to sleep.

The benefit of sleeping is that your body will feel well rested and you'll want to do more things and this will slowly improve your mental health.

The lack of sleep can effect you in the long run due to your body wanting to catch up on sleep that you have missed and can cause you to sleep through out the day even though you think your not tired and will slowly decrease your happiness and mental health.

in the united kingdom the legal age of drinking alcohol is 18 and if a person is caught being under aged with alcohol they can be stopped and fined by the police. so this means people under 18 cannot purchase alcohol and if older then 18 but you look younger you'll be asked for ID before the ability to purchase alcohol.

Anyone who is caught with a knife can face up to 4 years in prison if found guilty.

Self defence is legal in the uk as long as its a reasonable amount of force.

If the self defence end up killing the other person theyll be tried in court to see if it was exessive amount of self defence or murder

But a person will also be judged if joint enterprise is in play to see if there was peer presured involved or if they were forced to do the crime

Its illigal to carry a knife if its longer then 3cm.

Its also illigal to threaten someone with a knife.
