We may not always have to deal with them but we all know that wounds can be bad news. Wounds can be really difficult to treat. Especially if the wound becomes infected. Wound-associated infections are always a concern for doctors and their patients. Even more so now with life-threatening antibiotic resistant infections. Topical ozone has been shown to promote wound healing in infected wounds by providing antibacterial properties but it has not always been feasible due to the size of the devices. This small ozone producing device can be worn over the wound and is portable. Many patients have co-morbidities that inhibit healing in wounds and make wounds much more difficult to treat. 1) Carter- His strength is communication. Every team needs good communication and having Carter helps with the teams communication with each other. 
2) Fernando- His strength is focus. It is always helpful to have someone that keep the team focused on the right path during team meetings. 
3) Faith-Her strength is being a futuristic, having a futuristic team member is helpful because she will always point us to the future and newer things instead of allowing us to stay stuck in the the old and comfortable. 
4)Pablo- His strength is positivity, Pablo assist the team in always being positive and helping the team to stay upbeat and positive even when we seem stuck on an issue.
5) Susan- Her strength is significance, She is always able to show us the significance in our work and in our capabilities.
