This was inspired by the 1940s Hollywood jewellery when I was doing the research project. The design of Hollywood jewellery in the 1940s tended to be bold and bright. The designers were good at designing animals and plants into jewellery. I found it was interesting and fascinating. Thus, I changed the previous design and made it again. 

After colouring, I wrapped the ring with napkins and glue, and then dried it in the oven. I named the ring with the flower [expired flower]. Tissues make the ring look old fashioned. It's like a bunch of flowers wrapped in old newspapers, but after all, the freshness of flowers has passed. For the colour of flowers, I use a colour conditioner, which smells like a flower and has a light fragrance. In the ring part, I used the can pull ring. The can pull tab remind me a beautiful story: a boy cannot afford an engagement ring for a girl, so he uses a pull tab instead.
