- Local police, local governments and Ministry of the interior Affairs: It’s important to make agreements with the local police, local governments and Ministry of the interior Affairs to come up with ideas and agreements about the festival. Everybody have to know what is going to happen and what is necessary. What could they expect? What do they have to do when something happens?

When they become involved in the festival they know what is it about, what happens etc. 

- Associations: There are a lot of shops to facilitate the visitors. It’s important that they have enough food and drinks, they have a place to sleep, they need something for their phone. 

- Visitors: the festival is build for them, they want to attract a lot of visitors of different countries.
