First of all they say (unpersonal, who is they?) that they offer sustainable fashion affordable and accessible for more people.
They (repetition) want the customers to be aware of they wear. They have good connection to suppliers and  go everyday to controls in the fabrics and have generally good working conditions and they support the suppliers.
They (repetition) pay a lot of attention which resources they use, they focusing a lot on water and cotton. H&M use for example organic hemp or recycled polyester for one of they collections. In the year 2010 H&M was the biggest user of organic cotton in the World and 2011 they firet better cotton orders hit they store. Helena Helmersson head of sustainability says that (according to) they work with other stakeholders, brands farmers and with WWF for better cottons. Besides they support farmers to work efficiently and make higher profits. 2009 they work with UNICEF to improve the live of childrens in areas with cotton culture, as example they send them to school instead of let them working. In addition they used 2011 recycled polyester equal to 9.200.000 plastic bottles for they clothes. They show yearly sustainability documents and can see them and the progresses could motivate the stackholders. (According to the short film) One of the main goals is to make their customers enjoy fashion without feeling guilty. With the aid of natural resources such as recycled polyester, it is possible to produce attractive and natural clothes at the same time. Furthermore, they want to improve the life of Indian children and give them access to go to school instead of work. H&M also wants to improve the health conditions and educate farmers in the cotton production to use less water and cotton.
