This would measure us as a district and at each campus the level of AVID we are implementing. Then they upload one.

1st- Who would hold the teacher accountable to implementing WICOR in the classroom during observations? Do the observers have full buy-in to AVID and what is the evaluation… a check-off list?
2nd- Does this change how a teacher will be evaluated formally, or just not inviting the teacher to be part of the site team next year because they are not implementing WICOR?
