The principal's leadership style is not necessarily acceptable to all staff, for that the leader must be more a lot of directing rather than pushing or forcing rely more on workequal in carrying out duties than in power. Always always instilling confidence in teachers and administrative staff, not creating fright. Always showing how to do something instead of shows that he knows something. Always develop an enthusiastic atmosphere instead of developing a drab atmosphere. Always fixexisting faults rather than blaming the blame on someone, work withfull of toughness, not reluctant because of all the shortcomings.&nbsp;<br>2. Creating a work atmosphere that is not monotonous.<br>3. Fostering cooperation with all personnel in an open working climate that is partnership, as well as increasing the active participation of parents of students. So that school principals can get support for each of their work programs.</div>]]></description>

The challenge that arises from the teacher is in the form of rigidity when presenting learning. While the challenges that arise from students in the form of a passive attitude, ignorant, and less responsive.
