         <description><![CDATA[<ul><li>won't anything</li><li>we've been through a long list of initiatives but not supported by policy change/integrate into the culture</li><li>What do we have to do to see change?</li><li>Good that we have an opportunity to talk - ut how do we change the culture?</li><li>The way we work - our organizational structure - needs radical change</li><li>Idea Box - Does anyone look at them? When they read them - no action is taken</li><li>Not doing bad - but we can do better</li><li>The&nbsp; term "LACOE leadership" did not have a positive connotation for members of our group</li><li>Disagreement that group to share staff concerns was identified as Director I or above</li><li>What has to happen to finally change LACOE culture?</li><li>There has to be an opportunity for staff who are interested in leading in the DEI space&nbsp;</li><li>How will issues be handled for divisions and/or work grups who have little to no trust with their director/leader?</li><li>Share the raw data with all and not just cabinet or directors. The trickle down theory hasn't/doesn't work in our organization.</li></ul><div><br></div>]]></description>
