Tyto Care is a telehealth technology that goes to the next level. While traditional telehealth technology can monitor vital signs, Tyto Care offers a full assessment kit. - Technological errors, what if the tools malfunction and something is missed?

Having the ability to monitor a patient's status from their home would result in patient's being more compliant with their care. I do believe that this does not need to replace all physician visits, but should be used to bridge in between important visits. Pablo- I believe that Pablo would work well on the team because in the stress of work it is important to keep working towards the goal. Pablo's positivity would be an asset towards that goal.

Fernando- Fernando's strength of focus would help the team by keeping us on track. It is important to be able to meet deadlines and to not lose sight of the end. Fernando would be able to help the team in this area. 

Faith- It is important to always look for new innovations and ways of doing things. Faith's futuristic mindset would offer the team a new way of viewing things and could even possibly help when running into problems. 

Sheila- Sheila would be an asset to the team due to her strategic qualities.
