People that are mentally unstable, or anyone with a criminal record would not be able to own a gun. It would take months to get a gun. You would have to take a test about safety, then you would have to get a background check, you would have to give three things the gun would be used for, you would have to purchase the gun then, before it is delivered you the seller would do another background check, then they could get their gun.

This just means that if you do something wrong, the punishment cannot be uncalled for or too severe for the crime that you committed. It also means that the punishment cannot be a weird punishment, so basically it cannot be uncalled for, it had to be deserving.

This law restricts people to have to pay taxes. Some people with not much money worry about this everyday and this issue is sad. Land should be free and not taxed.
