As a sports coach, I must learn to guide athletes correctly, giving them confidence and teaching them to carry out their responsibilities effectively, thus doing an excellent job. Teach them to balance their personal, sporting and educational lives, providing them with support and motivation to achieve their best version.

As an engineer or as a leader, I will try to foster the desire and enthusiasm to achieve things and our purposes, supporting and motivating us in our work life to bring a better result to our personal life, those dreams and goals that we always want to fulfill.
