The Swedish empire started to create warfare and expanded and they were very successful between 1945 and 1975. In addition, SDP was created in response to Russia's violent revolution in favor of social change. Their goal was to provide the working class with health opportunities and protection from unemployment. This greatly expanded in the community especially when it came to the unemployment insurance and child-support payments to parents. However, the U.S had a different approach. Although the United States has been known for leadership in biochemical research and science, they do not have a uniform health care system and this is affecting the economy as a whole.

The principles of Keynesian economics can be found in the Swedish welfare model to the extent in which Keynesian policy prescriptions were broadened early on to tackle problems of industrial structure and inflation as well as those of aggregate demand, Hence, the post-war development of the model, as originally described by Rehn, contained a vision of the supply side. Keynesian economics is considered a demand-side theory that focuses on changes in the economy over the short run.

The Covid-19 pandemic has exacerbated the racial wealth gap in the United States especially among small business owners such as them being able to lead to more inflation in small businesses. The racial wealth gap refers to the differential in assets between races and ethnicities among typical households. The disparity in assets is significantly greater than the disparity in salaries among races. The racial wealth gap is worsened by income disparity, housing policies, limited educational possibilities, and a lack of support mechanisms. A black business owner stated that while the restaurant business was projected to take two to three years to return to pre-COVID-19 sales levels, Woods-Black still knew that spending among Black Americans would take even longer. Many black and Latino-owned businesses have insufficient money to survive in the short and long term. As a result, policymakers must ensure that small enterprises have access to finance. “Persistent financial barriers to health care coverage may prevent Black and Latinix people from accessing needed medical care including the treatments they need if they are exposed to the COVID-19 virus.” Any states that have yet to expand Medicaid should do so right away. Anyone in need of care should not be subjected to financial hardship or shame, as these factors may discourage them from seeking treatment, putting themselves and others at danger. Slave Codes, The Fugitive Slave Act, and American Chattel Slavery. Early on in our country's history, the implementation of several state and federal legal measures such as the degrading slave codes, and the Fugitive Slave Act created a difference between racialized groups.

Keynesian economics holds that the government should increase demand in order to improve growth. Consumer demand, according to Keynesians, is the primary driving force in an economy. As a result, the idea advocates for fiscal expansion. Its primary tools are government infrastructure spending, unemployment compensation, and education. One disadvantage of overdoing Keynesian policy is that it raises inflation. The governments actions alleviate the effects of the pandemic on small business by decreasing the growth of products they have in their business.
