         <description><![CDATA[<div>Band was instructor lead but again how else can you have a band without a conductor. We discussed is it really inspector lead if the call from the conductor has a response from he band?&nbsp;<br><br>The majority of classes were instructor lead discussion. Most examples were one on one conversations to assist with the specific needs of that student.&nbsp;<br><br>We did not see any examples of students leading the discussion with no feedback.  &nbsp;</div>]]></description>
