I'll think about the global government in this chapter. This chapter must first focus on the global government. The term "global governance" refers to the coordinated efforts to recognize, comprehend, and resolve global issues that are outside the purview of national governments. State actors and non-state actors are the two types of participants in world governance. The key actors are thought to be the state actors. Global processes are influenced by state actors' internal and international policies. Non-state actors are groups and people with clout who aren't connected to any one state but yet have sway. NGOs, MNCs, IGO, Experts, Networks, and Partnerships are among them. Both of these objectives complement, and occasionally conflict with, existing regimes designed to address interconnected problems. After I learned about global governance, I also think it is necessary for humanity increasingly faces both problems and opportunities that are global in scale. Today, transnational problems such as violence and pandemics routinely reach across borders, affecting the global system has also laid the necessary foundation for peace and spectacular prosperity.

Theory of global government addresses questions of "who governs," and how governance occurs. In the theory, there are five significant theories Realism, Liberalism, social constructivism, the English high school, and critical theory. Its assumption is that States live in a context of anarchy, Human Nature is selfish, greedy for power, and desperate to dominate over others. The expansion of human freedom is a core liberal belief that can be achieved through democracy and market capitalism. Constructivism, a relatively new approach to international studies focusing on the role of norms has become necessary in order to study the key pieces of global governance. The most important ideologies in Critical theory are Marxist and Neo- Marxist. We also have another derivative of the critical theory called dependency theory and the others two are critical feminism and Securitization Studies. So, from my perspective, this chapter is talking about the foundation of Global Governance and talk about the role and function of the theory in international organizations. All these theories also teach us how to improve the political and economic through the theory and see why rich countries have more power than poorer countries.

IGO's legacy in 19 century served as a vital precursor to the development of modern international organizations and to the broader notion of global governance in the 20th century. This chapter will walk through the process and the weakness of the International organization. It also talks about the innovation of the IGO in the early nineteenth century that includes three pillars which is the concern of Europe. Second, Public International unions were another important organizational innovation. Agencies were initially established among European states to deal with problems stemming from the industrial revolution, expanding commerce, communications, and technological innovations. The last is the Hague System the third governance innovation in the 19th century was the emergence of the generalized conference in which all states were invited to participate in problem-solving. Moreover, the founding of the International Telegraph Union in 1815 enabled individuals to communicate through one international network. This laid the foundations for the Permanent Court of International Justice (PCIJ) under the League of Nations, and its successor, the International Court of Justice (ICJ). The courts are not only resolving interstate disputes but also assessing state compliance with international law. After studying this chapter, I learned many processes of the IGO that involved with League of Nations that showed the function to maintain politics and help solve issues and recognized the world order.

The UN is, in fact, a complex system with many pieces. Among its functions are the creation of international law, norms, and principles; it has created other IGOs within the UN system such as the UN Environment Program The UN Charter gives the Security Council enormous formal power but does not give it direct control over the means to use that power. ECOSOC is the UN's central forum for addressing international economic and social issues. Its purposes range from promoting higher standards of living to identify solutions to economic, social, and health problems. The annual session is now divided into five segments: high-level, coordination, operational activities, humanitarian affairs, and general. It also has a special role in providing states with an impartial body for settling legal disputes. The UN Trusteeship Council was originally established to oversee the non-self-governing trust territories that were carried over from the League of Nations. Therefore, after I studied this chapter I also learned about many issues and events that relate to the function of the six organs of the United Nation. It provides the experience to maintain the political and recognized the state order.

Regional organizations can be categorized along the same lines as global organizations: general-purpose, peace and security, economic, functional, and technical. There are two definitions. Traditional definition: the participating states shared geographical proximity, some cultural, linguistic, and historical heritage, as well as a degree of mutual interdependence. Constructivist definition: a region is a social and political construction. NATO presents the unusual case of an international organization whose original purpose disappeared. The ideal of unity among the inhabitants of the African continent was one prominent reaction to the enslavement, imperialism, and colonialism by Western European powers from the sixteenth century through the early twentieth. For close to twenty years, NATO was seen by some as a transatlantic group of democratic states, not a military alliance. The Arab League's charter emphasizes state sovereignty, reflective of the colonial past and concerns about the security of its members' domestic (mostly authoritarian) regimes. The NAM was born at the Bandung Conference in 1955 but convened its first summit conference in 1961. Transregional relations, like those seen in the EU-ASEAN dialogue and the Asian summits, also are another trend.
