But we talked at length about the fact the we know COVID affects BILPOC folk disproportionately and we know that COVID absences and missed class time will be an unfortunate reality of this school year. The logical inference is that absenses will be greater among BILPOC and students FFEJ ... What systems can we put in place to prepare for that reality and mitigate the learning loss.

We also named how we can continue to think about which students are overrepresented in intervention and SPED services, as well as who is most likely to be in need of "behavioral support." It was difficult to name which competencies we would line up with due to many various factors. 1.) this data is from only 3-5 grade & only 128 students (total pop?) 2.) there weren't too many questions regarding student engagement in the classroom (leadership, opportunities, etc.). Are we able to get more voices? Are we able to send out a small survey to talk again about last year from the students?
