The handouts given for "TEACHER PRACTICE ASSESSMENT" helped us in the introspection and self reflection of the various leadership dimensions carried out in classroom with students.
The workshop equipped us to encourage our students through various leadership styles of caring, coaching, allowing and directing, to learn the importance of team work and working towards a vision with positive outlook to make meaning change in the society.

I'm really glad that I was given the opportunity to join this program. His valuable insights on leadership helped me introspect and think for ways in which I stand as a confident, cooperative and caring leader, supporting and shaping other leaders. I surely intend to apply the skills he taught through the session in my day to day life particularly in school, as we become leaders, shaping leaders of tomorrow. I learnt the importance of articulating a vision, setting goals and paving a path to achieve those set objectives. I was impressed with the way Dr. D’Souza explained us the importance of setting High Expectations from our students but not burdening them, while simultaneously motivating them for a brighter future and an advanced goal. 
The session was very well planned with adequate examples to state and explain concepts. The session provided a neat blend of psychology, sociology, literature and management. In a nutshell it was an outstanding workshop, much needed for leaders in the present time. Once again, thank you very much Dr. D’Souza you inspired me to be a better leader.
