         <description><![CDATA[<div>Name: Ritwik Basyas Goswami; Roll No.:1601044<br><br>THEME: In this story 'The Glacier' by Ruskin Bond, four boys Anil, 	&nbsp; &nbsp; Kamal, Bisnu and the writer himself, young and hungry for 	adventure,<em>seek out</em> on a mountain trekking expedition. <em>Admist</em> 	&nbsp; &nbsp;the dew clothed short grass, blue and pink alpine flowers, 	 waterfalls, caves, snow covered glaciers all in more than ten 	&nbsp; thousand feet above the sea level, are home to snow leopards, bears, Abominable Snowmen and even a mysterios women 'Lidini'. Braving thunderstorms, sunbathing in the snow reflected sunlight, accompanied by a great golden eagle, the boys had ample fun. But the twist comes in when when their route to home were swept away by landslide. The place is rich in greenery and <em>tourist place for&nbsp; 		&nbsp; &nbsp; village tourism</em>.The routes around the glaciers were used by traders from Tibet.<br><br>TERMS AND PHRASES: sizzle the mountain tops, waves of thunder,&nbsp; percipitous rock faces, sure-footed, feast our eyes, post-box red, performing monkey.<br><br>PHRASAL VERB: saw us off, stretched out, slither down, slip back, got up, help him up, sliding down, sleep in, go back, heard&nbsp; 		&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; outside, cross in, set out, ringing us in, hovered over, fell away, left behind, walked straight into, taken off, came down, sat down, jutted out,skimmed up.<br><br></div>]]></description>
