         <description><![CDATA[<div><sub>-In the late 1800's Carnegie began building expanded public libraries.  Librarians came into demand.<br>-Throughout the 1890s, Carnegie built hundreds of libraries.  Librarians helped to organize and spread knowledge kept in texts</sub></div><div><sub>-The American Library Association was established.  This established a standard for all to adhear.<br> -Melvil Dewey a published a decimal based system to organize books on library shelves by assigning a number to a subject category. The system helped librarians  easily locate books on shelves </sub></div><div><sub>-Librarians were at the center of expanding knowledge and academia in schools and communities across the United States.</sub></div>]]></description>

         <title>I see the Librarian in our school as someone who struggles to evolve</title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>I see the librarian as someone who knows her books, how to order texts, and do chores for the principal.&nbsp; Unfortunately she does't always take initiative to support the students and staff. &nbsp; She could establish many more encounters that would be beneficial to all.&nbsp; Her technology skill is not always up to date with regard to online usage. of the "Google suite"&nbsp; She has few suggestions for projects and reports unless its in a text that she is familiar with.&nbsp; She is a nice person and tries hard, but may need updating her status and technology awareness.</div>]]></description>
