Hi. I am 33 years old. I'm from the Czech Republic. I work as a sales manager. I enjoy my job, as it is always interesting not to do something but also to assist other folks to do it to the fullest. Among other things, I attempt to lead an active life so that I'm always up and ready to take action. I also like reading, particularly classical literature. So I recall and it's a terrific way to clear my mind before going to sleep for productive work the following day.

 Occasionally it happens that at a company everything is structured in a terrible manner and it seems much more like chaos than just about any other system. What does madness mean within our methods? It means that consumers send us unordered, unanalyzed and unstructured requests, and there is not any job management also. All the requests get hung up somewhere in the email, in Word, even in the heads of analysts, programmers, heads of departments - based on what structure is used in the business. All employees of different departments suffer from this, and needless to say, the work of the whole company suffers. Chaos has to be managed and all work must be somehow systematized. With this there are a great deal of different applications and programs, but everybody chooses what he enjoys best and what's going to work in his situation far more efficiently.
