The teacher advises against reading comic books or illustrated comic book adaptations of texts because they only engage a few senses. Reading books is promoted because it incorporates both abstract and concrete learning experiences, which, as compared to reading comics exclusively, stimulate higher-level thinking.

3. Now that there is a great deal of ICT tools and applications used in enriching the lesson how would you explain its potential use in instruction and where will you categorize it on the cone?
Yes, information and communication technology (ICT) can be a great help in enriching education.
