No characters get introduced in this section, so I'll give a summary of the section. In this section, Wiglaf and Beowulf defeat the dragon. However, Beowulf is severely injured and close to death, so Beowulf asks Wiglaf to retrieve the treasure the dragon was guarding. Wiglaf returned with treasures that pleased the eye. After that, Beowulf (with his final breaths) thanks god and tells Wiglaf how he wants to be remembered.

No characters get introduced in this section, so I'll give a summary of the section. This part of the section is the aftermath of the Last Battle and Beowulf's death. Beowulf's monument is made by the Geats exactly as he wished; with all his treasures buried there. Afterwards, Wiglaf and twelve of the strongest Geats shared sorrows and stories of their great deceased king. While basically exclaiming that Beowulf was the greatest king ever.
