Climate change affects the desert because even a small change in the temperature or the precipitation levels can affect the desert dramatically, impacting the plants and animals in the desert in a big way. Even in the size of the deserts can change and that is a problem because deserts already cover 1/4 of the earth.

Humans need to stop polluting the atmosphere which is messing up the air in the desert and affecting the plant life of the desert. Also people need to help to stop global warming from increasing rapidly by using less energy and not polluting the air. Global warming makes the water holes in the deserts dry up and animals would not be able to get water and they would die. Because if the animals have no water to drink and they would die.
