I know how to distribute my time, when I'm chosen as team manager I decide depending on everyone's skill what they will do, I also check who' working and who's not, and sometimes I give ideas for my teammates to improve something, etc..

4. What is your opinion about the management skills to promote the care of the  environment in your community?

I Find them both completely necessary to improve and important to learn, we are not exactly born with them, but we practice them everyday both school /house/work, so i think we should take note of this skills, practice them, and after-practice them we develop them in our work place with our classmates/teammates/etc.
and by the environment , they are useful, not only to command something to be done but to encourage those who don't care much of our environment, to take a step and help our planet's critical environmental status.

5.What is your opinion about the skills that managers should have to promote environmental care in their community?

a.  What did you understand about Organizational Fuctional Structure?

that it is a structure used to organize workers. They are grouped based on their specific skills and knowledge. It vertically structures each department with roles from the president to finance and sales departments, to customer service, to employees assigned to one product or service.

b. What is the role of the General Manager of a Company? Give some samples.

A general manager (GM) is responsible for all or part of a department's operations or the company's operations, including generating revenue and controlling costs.

c. What do you think about the role of Human Resource in a Company? Give some samples

is responsible for recommending and instituting strategies for people and the organization that further the attainment of the organization's strategic goals. what I think of it,
is that it's a good source of help, ideas and good ally in a company, not only in Economic part, but social and community way.

6. Search in internet 2 universities in Nicaragua or Central American that offer Business Administration and then explain: a. What type of conceptual, technical and interpersonal skills they offer to their students. Why Business Administration or Management is relevant for Entrepreneurs?

Keiser University Latin American Campus : They offer the ability to organize groups by student skills, freedom to choose the Leader and Topic of work, + they show discipline and words for usage during work.

the four fundamental skills you must have to get hired at the tech company: General cognitive ability, leadership, “Googliness” and role-related knowledge. Out of those four, she says in the podcast, the most important is general cognitive ability.

wall they are basically in-house lawyers,  who provide their services to the public as a whole rather than to an employer, they are useful for a business idea to grow faster and easy/safe.

it's not really in my mind and I'm not that interest on it but it would be a good experience for a job but that interest may arrive with time.

 In my opinion they have to developed this skills because this can open up more opportunities for them as well as help them with being more organized.
