         <description><![CDATA[<div>Create a sketch, diagram, comic strip, flow chart, or stick figure of what you consider to be an important scene from the novel. Each team member, group of 4 max, will share understanding of what the picture represents and the connection to the novel.&nbsp; (Figure 19C)<br><br>You get the last word! Explain your interpretation of the text and how that is represented in your illustration. Use textual evidence to justify your conclusion.&nbsp;<br><br>Use the Frayer Model format  and record the main idea of each picture and the significance to the progress of the story. One role model has to be someone from the past and one from present. (Identify how time and context is influential) These people can be local town heroes or big time celebrities.&nbsp;<br><br>Create a T-Chart and evaluate how each person demonstrates or demonstrated the following characteristics. Explain how these characters are a positive influence on you, a peer AND would be for a character in the novel.&nbsp;<br><br>Role Models:<br>1: Demonstrate confidence and leadership.<br><br>2.Remain consistent to core values.<br><br>3.Communicate and interact well with others.<br><br>4. Show respect and concern for others.<br><br>5. Are knowledgeable and well rounded.<br><br>6.Have humility and is willing to admit mistakes.<br><br>7.
