It is seasoned with wine, water and salt and will boil for a few minutes.<br>Add the spices to taste, the chopped coriander and the capers. Keep on the heat until the mussel is cooked.<br>At the time of serving, lemon and/or Tabasco are provided to sprinkle over the mussels.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Preheat the oven. Grease the shape and lightly spread a spoon (soup) of cornflour. Beat the egg whites with the salt. Gradually add the sugar and continue to beat until it is at the point of sigh. Put the rest of the cornflour and vinegar into the mixture. Bake on low heat for 30 minutes until it's cooked, like a meringue. Let it cool. Add the fruit.</div>]]></description>
