Buildings and forts made of huge stone blocks, roads that crossed mountains and deserts, bridges, and settlements including all. While building, workers cut their blocks so well they didn't need to use cement to put them together. Their roads were paved with stone and connected all parts of the empire.

Their jewelry was made of gold and silver. Other objects were made of gold and silver like masks and their offerings to gods. Their textiles were made of cotton and wool from llamas, and were brightly colored. They had detailed designs, and were some of the best textiles in the Americas.

They sang about their victories and daily life. Some learned how to read and write in Spanish after conquistadors came. Thanks to these records we know about their history and traditions.
