The story is all around a high flying litigator Julian, always busy with his work and his priorities are centered around money , later comes to Nepal and meet with Yogi Raman who changes his meaning of life and gives him a new perspective to his life.
In the book, John is a character who listens to Julian narrating and asks him questions about the journey and what he learns from the voyage.
The book has been divided into thirteen beautiful chapters enlightened with seven different virtues as:

1. Master your mind
2. Follow your purpose
3. Practice 
4. Live with discipline
5. Respect your time
6. Selflessly serve others
7. Embrace the present
And the author is successful in describing all the virtues with some techniques and actions which you can apply in your daily habits of your life.
It can be recommended as one of the life changing books.
