I should think about how many bottles of water I drank every day, or how  many cups of water I drank every day and write that down as well. It could also be how many times I filled up a waterbottle. I need to eat healthy foods and meals always and learn what the right amount is (moderation) to eat of sweets occasionally or junk foods. I need to make sure I exercise every day and make time to do that and do it daily even if I don’t feel like it. I should have an app for tracking and I should make a chart that I can see in my room to make sure I exercise daily for as long as I can. </title>

         <title>Adithya Arjun - I need to make sure I am doing all of these things every day and need to learn the right amount of moderation with sweets and junk food, as well as drink plenty of water all day long, and make sure I exercise daily even if I don’t want to. I can accomplish my goal by writing down what sweets or junk food I ate and how much and decreasing it, and eating healthier meals but not bigger meals daily (I can write down my meals), and I need to make sure I exercise as much as I can daily and actually do it make time to do it and not make excuses and write down how long I exercised for every day (I also need to have an app to track how much I am exercising or walking). I also need to make sure to switch up exercise styles after some time and do a few different activities for exercising and maybe write those down as well. I should keep track of all of these things in a small notebook and I should put the notebook somewhere I can see it always in my room to make sure I do all these things. </title>
