I have so many emotions as I bid you farewell. I am heartbroken that I am not able to be with you face to face, but I am also so proud of your resilience through these tough times. I do believe you are some of the strongest people I know and how you have handled Distance Learning through this pandemic and social crisis is amazing to me. I am so excited for you to begin a new chapter in your journey through school. Some of my best memories come from High School and I am excited to see how you will grow as young adults. 

This past year we have been through so much together. I will NEVER forget all the times we have had, whether good times or hard. One thing has been rooted in our journey, the power of music. My hope for all of you is to use music to elevate your voice, to get you through hardships and to spread hope and love to others around you. 

I hope our time together has taught you through music to be persistent, to join together in community, and that working hard on something can have the greatest reward.
