This module focuses mainly on the skills of a teacher, which can be applied in practice and make them an action, a teacher should develop special competencies that are fundamental in the improvement of employability and personal development. it concentrates mainly on how a teacher will become a guidance to his students to apply their knowledge in there future jobs. the different key competencies of a teacher collectively will affect directly on the improvement of marketing and employability, this module shows that the new student-centered approach will produce generations of students who will have lifelong learning. This means that the students should have a critical thinking mind set so that they can be creative and develop new ideas in their future career.
First of all I want to talk about the interpersonal communications as an important theme of this module, which also includes the Entrepreneurial Leadership. There are fundamental characteristics of a leader (teacher)to be mentioned in this theme, such as collaborative teamwork, Open communication, problem solving and Shared accountability. one of the interpersonal communications is called verbal communication, this means words that are used to communicate to others whether these words are spoken or written. It is important to emphasize on the fact that the first few minutes of every lecture or class are the most important, because the start is usually more difficult and it gives the first impression to the audiences, there are different types of verbal communications: intrapersonal communication, interpersonal communication, small group and public communication. the intrapersonal communication is very important to recognize self management and self confidence aspects, but it may lead to overthinking and incorrect decisions. the interpersonal one is the communication with others or (one-on-one) conversation, this is composed of a sender and a receiver. while the small group communication involves communication between more than two persons, public speaking involves gathering of a number of people. This module clarified the concept of a teacher as a communicator, it was amazing to know how I should act and communicate in my class with the students, it made the first few minutes of a lecture easier. The most important features of a good communicator are clarity, good communication, simplicity, confidence, patience, honesty, listening and many more features that should be present in a teacher so that he/she can communicate in a healthy and perfect way with his/her students.
This theme focused on another aspect of teaching which is very common nowadays and we used to do it frequently throughout the course of pedagogy which is (presentation). presentation is a very interesting and effective way of communication that is classified as a formal communication, I have learned that presentation is a good way to persuade my audiences with my ideas in the future, I can use it to motivate my students to introduce new ideas that can be applied in real life, additionally, I can inspire them with my new ideas that might be useful in their future careers. In this module my whole image about a presentation changed from a classical presentation of a topic to my audiences to a method of teaching skills, providing new information, or problem solving.
It is very important for us to know the context of the presentation, also how we prepare ourselves before every lecture or session, whether we use a PowerPoint, visualizer or both? and how are we going to present the topic? etc...
In addition a presenter should prepare his clothes, voice, emotion and speech in a perfect way that lacks any confusion or hesitation, so that he can transmit the core message of the presentation to the audiences in a good manner.
I have learned in this module how to overcome the stress before my presentations or my lectures in the future, through practice and repetition, and the most crucial point to me is the arrival before the time of presentation.
Another type of communication is the non-verbal communication, which includes: body position, eye contact and gesture. each one of these is an important way of communication with the audiences as much as the importance of the verbal communications.

The second theme of this module is the marketed oriented education, which is a very new concept that was introduced to our higher education in the last few years, and needs to be nourished so that we can apply it adequately with our students. It involves the relation between education and career, in bologna process there is much focus on this process, so that we introduce new skills in our students that prepare them to the world of marketing after graduation. An entrepreneurial leadership is one of the most important types of leaderships for a teacher, its producing entrepreneurial individuals in the society, these individuals are able to change their ideas from just thoughts to actions that will help them in their future jobs, an entrepreneurial person can make mistakes and learn from his own mistakes, he can run his own project in the future easily even if he starts from a small job, he has the confidence to start again after every mistake so that he can reach his goal in the future. An entrepreneurial person is one who takes risks, feels the need for achievement, has the desire for taking responsibility, and who seeks opportunities. These persons have many skills including creativity, critical thinking, problem solving, communication, etc.... and many other skills that we should build in our students so that they can be entrepreneurial persons in their futures.

The last theme of this module is the intellectual capital and innovation management, the intellectual capital includes every skill, expertise, and ability that is beneficial in an organization and that leads to creation of a value. This means that the human resources is a very important factor in the success of an organization, so if we want any organization or university to succeed and be a world wide education sector, we should try to build these skills and abilities in our staff so that they meet the requirements of the new open world. The intellectual capital is also subdivided to: human capital, structural capital and relational capital.
The human capital involves every skill, expertise, ability and professional knowledge that an employee has, this is specific to each person and if an organization has the higher human capital this will lead to better results and more success, the factors that are important in human capital are for example: knowledge, motivation, attitude, how to be creative, efficiency and etc.... These all are the back bones of the human capital in any company and the presence of these points leads to more financial success, more effective performance, and better competition level. The relational capital on the other hand involves all the relations that the firm has with its stakeholders including the suppliers, customers and etc....
The criteria of a relational or customer capital mainly include the customer`s need identifying, the customer`s satisfaction and compliant.
The structural capital includes every procedure and every routine that is done in every day of work at that organization, that is unique to this firm and stays in this organization. This capital has it`s own criteria as well, these are the documentations, quality management and improvement, network, the firm`s strategy and many other criteria.
In conclusion, this module, as the other modules of pedagogy, was very informative and useful for me, it opened my mind to the real world of jobs and marketing, and how to raise generations having the abilities and skills needed for our markets in the future. its very important nowadays to have an up to date idea about the markets` needs, and the needs of the different companies, this makes us to think more about these needs and to prepare the students for their future careers, in addition, this makes us as teachers to provide projects for our students so that they build an entrepreneurial mind set.
