If you change your thoughts your life will also change. Every cell of your body reacts to what your mind says. Negativity is one of the reasons that most weakens the immune system. Life is easier when you separate negative people from it. When we leave this kind of people even our health improves. Let your smile change de world, don’t let the world change your smile. The only thing that is impossible is the thing you don’t try. Don’t ever expect a positive result if you have a negative attitude. Don’t let a bad moment cause a bad day. A positive person turns his problems into challenges, never into obstacles. Only one person is necessary to change your life: you. Don’t be one of those persons who wait all the week for Friday, all the year for holidays and all his life to be happy. The only difference between a good day and a bad day is your attitude. Life is too short to be happy only at the weekends. A positive thought in the morning could change your life completely. To have a happy week you must be happy every day. Happiness isn’t a destination, but it is the attitude with which you travel through life. Happiness is a state of mind that you transmit; it is contagious and it spreads, so let’s create an epidemic.
