Angel and Mary dedice to marry, but that day he abandons her at the altar.
So she things to speak help about this mistery and te woman tells that they could meet only when her step father was out of country for work. Holmes advises mary to forget Angel but she decides to wait for his return for ten years.

When an unexpected visit arrives and an enigmatic letter.
A masked man (Willheilm Gottsrech Sigismond von Ormstein, the hereditary of Bohemia) goes to Holmes to ask him for help. So he asks him to retrieve a compromising photo. This portrays the king with Irene Adler, an old and impossible love. She is a woman that the king cannot marry because it is not part of his own social class. The marriage with Princess Clotilde of Denmark, Which should not come to know about the photo, makes this matter urgent, to avoid scandals and blackmail that could have serious consequences for the house of von Ormstein. Sherlock accepts and will do what he can to recover the image and return it to the king. With a fantastic plan, the detective manages to get into Irene's house, and after giving a signal to Watson, he simulates a fire. Irene looks immediately behind a sliding panel, looking for a very valuable object. Holmes then understands that the photo is hidden there. But unfortunately, he can't recover it. The next morning Holmes tells the king, who asks him how he wants to be rewarded. The detective replies that he would like the picture of Irene to remember, since the woman struck him for his intelligence.

Wilson was the unique harid because accurding Mr. Duncan Ross, his employer, he has that peculiar color.
Wilson explains Holmes to have accepted the assigniment because his economic activity  didn't produced enough. Wilson soon realized that he had to do an unusual thing: to copy the whole british encyclopedy but later began to be interested . One day he found on the door of his office a sign where he read: "  The red  hair league is dissolved, october 9,1890".
So Wilson went to the owner of buildings but he said that he didn't know Duncan Ross with that name. In reality he was William Morris who had changed the address Wilson searched for him but he didn't find the man.
He was very frustrated because he had loss the salary. Holmes assures the man that he will solve the case in few days.

Mycroft helped Holmes In different situation, but now he needs to consult Sherlock, because Mr. Meals a Greek interpreter, told him a inquietant experience he has recently lived.
One day Meals was called by a man latimer and he met him at kensington but soon he understood that Latimer had bad intentions.
Infact he threatened Meals and he drove him in an house, whwere there was a Latimer's cullaborator Wilson Kemp and another man, who had been kidnapped he was a Greek man:kratides, Meals had to translate . Latimer and Kemp wanted that he signed some documents : his proprietary suddenly a woman entered in the room she knew kratides and she called him Paul. Her name was Sophy.
paul and Sophy were separeted again and Mr. Meals was taken far from his home in a darkened carriage.
When he reached his town he went immediatily to Mycroft to tell his story so Mycroft goes to Sherlock to look into the case after some researches they learned that a certain Mr. Devemport knows the woman and where she lives .
Mycroft, sherlock and Watson go to Beckenham and they decided to brin the inspector Gregson and Meals too, but Meals has been already caught because Latimer and Kent had understood that he had  (traditi) them .
Them dicided go to Beckenham but the house had been abandoned . Later they found Meals and Kratides bound in a closed room where some charcoal has been lit to gas: Meals recovers (si riprende).
Thanks to Watson interventetion but kratiden is already dead.
Holmes and Watson become (a sapere) that Paul's friend had adcised him about the bed Latimer's influence on his sister Sophy so he went england from greace to under the situation . Paul became her's prisoner's. Later Holmes become aware that Latimer and Kamp were deaded  during a combact . in reality he suspects that Sophy has killed both for revenge.
