We could schedule time for each class to go outside and practice. 
-Bus drivers also need to be informed of these CHAMPS expectations so they know how to hold students accountable. This could be reviewed at a bus driver meeting (maybe schedule one for February) so we have consistency across buses.

It seemed to help students find seats quickly and not jump from seat to seat (like we saw in our second video) Could we assign teachers to buses on a rotating basis to just be on board as students load?
