         <description><![CDATA[<div>-I think it would be worth using instructional time to have teachers model and students practice CHAMPS bus expectations on the actual bus. We could schedule time for each class to go outside and practice.&nbsp;<br>-Bus drivers also need to be informed of these CHAMPS expectations so they know how to hold students accountable. This could be reviewed at a bus driver meeting (maybe schedule one for February) so we have consistency across buses.<br>-CHAMPS posters should also be posted on the bus in one or multiple locations if possible.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>In one of our videos, a teacher was on the bus while the students were loading. It seemed to help students find seats quickly and not jump from seat to seat (like we saw in our second video) Could we assign teachers to buses on a rotating basis to just be on board as students load? We saw the most behaviors while loading, and they seemed to calm down once the bus started moving.</div>]]></description>
