Every student learns something in high school that will change their perception of life forever, whether that be a love for a certain subject, sport, or extra-curricular activity.  Me? I had a realization of how important a person’s character is. A person can be a star athlete, a scholar in school, an outstanding talent, but without character you lose all that you have worked for to obtain that title as athlete, scholar, or talent. I learned how to apply a correct character to myself, not necessarily to be the best student at the school, but to make sure every single person in my radius has a smile on their face or is rid of a current problem they are trying to overcome. Every teacher has taught me this.
