The day usually kicks off with a rush to my office, where I put pen to paper and try to prioritize my to-do list for the day. With a heavy schedule and a lot on my plate, I have to be strategic and efficient to avoid cutting corners. However, some tasks can be mechanical and repetitive, which can be challenging to stay motivated. I often find myself burning the midnight oil to meet deadlines and ensure that everything is on track. Sometimes, I have to raise a red flag or test the waters when facing obstacles or uncertainties. Being in hot water is not uncommon, but I view it as a learning curve to grow and improve in my role. Despite the challenges, I find fulfillment in working hard and seeing the department thrive under my leadership.
