         <description><![CDATA[<div>Caffeine has no long term effects and a few short term effects that include: headache, fatigue, irritability, and difficulty concentrating.<br>Although it is rare for people to become addicted to energy drinks, some short term effects include: insomnia, headaches, increased anxiety, and increased heart rate.<br>Some short term effects of smoking include: breathing problems, bad breath, yellow teeth.<br>Some long term effects of smoking are: lowered life expectancy, heart disease, emphysema, and an impaired immune system.<br><br></div>]]></description>
