I teach geography in a school nar Lisbon. This year I'm teaching 8th grade, 9th grade and professional tourism course. It's a big challenge.

AI can help teachers create individual materials that match students' interests and skill levels. This can prevent students from feeling isolated and it can help avoid frustration and giving up.

For teachers it's helpful because it saves time and can be used as a great support in doing the paperwork and administrative work which allows teachers to focus on the most important thing - lesson and lesson materials adapted to students' needs.

Βήμα 1: Εισαγωγή (2 λεπτά)

Πείτε στα παιδιά:

«Σήμερα θα φανταστούμε ότι όλοι έχουμε ένα μαγικό τηλεκοντρόλ μέσα μας. Αυτό το τηλεκοντρόλ μάς βοηθά να διαχειριζόμαστε τα συναισθήματα και τις πράξεις μας όταν είμαστε πολύ ενθουσιασμένοι, αγχωμένοι ή θυμωμένοι.»

Δείξτε με το χέρι σας ένα φανταστικό τηλεκοντρόλ.

Βήμα 2: Εξάσκηση στις εντολές (3 λεπτά)

Παρουσιάστε τρία κουμπιά:

▶️ Play – Συνεχίζω με αυτοπεποίθηση.

⏸️ Pause – Σταματώ για λίγα δευτερόλεπτα και σκέφτομαι.

🔉 Volume Down – Χαμηλώνω τη φωνή ή την έντασή μου.

Ζητήστε από τα παιδιά να κάνουν τη σχετική κίνηση κάθε φορά που ακούνε το κουμπί.

Βήμα 3: Παιχνίδι καταστάσεων (4 λεπτά)

Διαβάστε σύντομα σενάρια και ζητήστε από τα παιδιά να δείξουν ποιο κουμπί θα χρησιμοποιούσαν.

Παραδείγματα:

• «Θέλεις πολύ να μιλήσεις, αλλά μιλάει ήδη ένας συμμαθητής.»

• «Έκανες ένα μικρό λάθος σε μια άσκηση.»

• «Στο διάλειμμα κάποιος πήρε κατά λάθος τη θέση σου.»

• «Η δασκάλα σού αναθέτει μια καινούρια εργασία που δεν έχεις ξανακάνει.»

• «Είσαι πολύ ενθουσιασμένος επειδή θα παίξετε ένα παιχνίδι.»

Μετά από κάθε απάντηση ρωτήστε 1-2 παιδιά:
«Γιατί διάλεξες αυτό το κουμπί;»

Βήμα 4: Κλείσιμο (1 λεπτό)

Πείτε:

«Φέτος θα προσπαθήσουμε να χρησιμοποιούμε συχνά το εσωτερικό μας τηλεκοντρόλ. Η αυτοδιαχείριση δεν σημαίνει να μην έχουμε συναισθήματα. Σημαίνει να επιλέγουμε τι θα κάνουμε με αυτά.»

Τελειώστε με μια ομαδική κίνηση:
«Όλοι μαζί πατάμε το κουμπί Play για μια υπέροχη σχολική χρονιά!»

Γιατί λειτουργεί

• Είναι κινητική και συμμετοχική.

• Δεν εκθέτει προσωπικά τα παιδιά την πρώτη μέρα.
