         <description><![CDATA[<div>Environmental waste is put more in poorer communities.</div><div>If the net well fare as a society gains then the government would rather make a richer person richer than a poor person.&nbsp;</div><div>Everyone’s life is valued by their income and future income.</div><div>People of color communities often have illnesses from the environmental waste of factory’s.</div><div>This made me feel frustrated because of how everyone is viewed as, as numbers.<br>It was very unfair and it does have to change. It’s unfair to the poorer people who don’t get the chances to make more of themselves especially becuase of race.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1. What was really suprising to me is that the article stated that there are two possible ways to end pollution and one was to spread out pollution equitably. Which means that there will be pollution basically spread out everywhere.</div><div>2. San Diego adopted the first policy in the world prohibiting the use of methyl bromide as a port fumigant.</div><div>3. Solving environmental justice problems is not a simple thing to do.</div><div>4. Enviromental quality, income levels, and access to health care can all effect people's health.</div><div>5. Poor and minority neighborhoods are effected with hazardous waste sides, landfilss, and other hazardous facilities which can lead to health problems.</div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>1) Global warming is and example both environmental externalities and equality issues on a planetary scale.<br><br>2) The Inter-government Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), an international body of scientists, has developed a series of scenarios from which prediction can be made about likely changes in global warming.<br><br>3) The likely effects on global warming in Bangladesh exemplify that unequal burden of environmental problems that result from some electronic activities.<br><br>4)&nbsp;&nbsp;An Investigation conducted in 2001 by the Basel Action Network, a non- governmental organization, documented highly hazardous practices in one real area of China where electronic equipment is dismantled to recover valuable compounds.<br><br>5) The solution to the problem of hazardous e-waste lies at least partly in pursuing clean production. If electronic equipment is designed to be easy and effectively recycled, resources can be saved while workers’ health is protected.</div>]]></description>
