If the net well fare as a society gains then the government would rather make a richer person richer than a poor person. 
Everyone’s life is valued by their income and future income.
People of color communities often have illnesses from the environmental waste of factory’s.
This made me feel frustrated because of how everyone is viewed as, as numbers.
It was very unfair and it does have to change. It’s unfair to the poorer people who don’t get the chances to make more of themselves especially becuase of race.
