fires - cables, daisy chains, overheating

electrical hazards - PAT Testing, drinks

exits not blocked- in case of hazard such as fire

volume - give ears rest

posture - good seat as can create back pain

lifting equipment - can cause pain or injury to areas such as lower back

lighting - cause strain on the eyes, take regular breaks

file managment - avoid data loss

practice - in order to know each part of the mixing well and fully understand what it was i needed to do i first practices by using other tracks and implimenting many features used on the DAW. these included adding panning to parts to add a more full sound and ensure the track didnt feel one dimensional. another example of features i used would be to add effects to the tracks such as reverb or compression. these are essential as they also add a lot of depth to sound and allow for a potentially more unique listen.

Reflection - To know that i was making progress i would open up old projects and compare them to my current ones to see what i did differently and see whether i liked these changes or not and what i would do next time to improve upon the points that i disliked. This proved to be very useful and made my production skill improve a lot during this assignment
