I've been playing soccer since I was 4 years old. 

Soccer is a teamsport in which 2 teams of 11 players have to try to get the ball into the opponent's goal. The ball must not be touched with arms or hands.

There are 10 players in the field and 1 goalkeeper on goal.

It can be played on grass or artificial grass.

Each team has a goalkeeper, defenders, midfielders and attackers. Each team has 1 captain.

Football is a global sport and it involves a lot of money. Players make a lot of money and clubs make a lot of money with good players.

Amateur associations but also professional football associations. 

Every village has a football club. 

Of the 2391 clubs, 50 are professional clubs.

There are 18 clubs in the Eredivisie and 20 clubs in the first division.

The two teams that are at the bottom at the end of the season have to play football one division lower. 

Last season Willem II en PEC were relegated. Goals have to be scored to win. The ball may be touched with the body except with the arms and hands.

The referee in the field determines whether everything is fair and according to the rules of the game. There are also 2 linesmen.

The coach may decide in which formation the player will play.

If a goal is scored but the ball is offside, the goal does not count.

I play football in the selection in the category boys under 17 years.

My team is very nice and we are all friends. I know them for a long time.

We train on tuesday and thursday and have a match on saturday.
